What can I do to make my t-bird o/c higher??
I don't get this. It runs rock stable at anywhere from 7x133 to 9x133. Witch is 1200 btw. IT does this at default voltage, or even 1.725. BUT i can't get it to run windows for more than a few seconds if that at 1266 (9.5x 133) at anywhere from 1.725-1.850v. I haven't tried lower voltage, is that somethign that might help?? I have tried two different coolers with the same luck, the really good taisol heatsink with either a ystech 60mm, a delta, or an 80mm fan and converter. AND a fop32/38. Haven't tried an 80mm fan on there yet. The fop is using the standard thermal interface thing that came with it, and the taisol had radio shack grease. Right now its running the fop38, 1.725v and 136x9 witch is 1233, it seems stable so far
Maybe I'll try 140fsb next

Try the 140MHz bus, and lower multiplier. Weirder things have happened. Other than that, make sure you are not using a thermal pad, especially combined with paste. You can use one or the other, but not both.
I prefer to remove the pad and use good paste.
Also, try setting your ram to CAS3, if running at CAS2.
