That depends on the quality of CPU used. If you have one that will run at 1.5GHz, then 15x will work. You need the right bios to get the max multipliers, which I believe is rev 2.5, if memory serves me correctly.
Mine goes to 12.5 in bios

Has some known multiplier boot problems when overclocking. I have a 600 duron that only goes to 6.5 x 105 which I cant believe but my last bios(2.5 I think) shows up to 12.5 then default. Those are manual settings so whatever your 200fsb amd has as default should work if you have a later bios.

what compuwiz said. i had a duron 700 that went to 9.5 x 105, a tbird 650@ 8x100 and currently a tbird 1.0 @ 11.0x115 - you want the fsb to be as high as possible rather than the multiplier
I changed from MSI Pro2a to Epox DDR

That same 600 that only went to 6.5 multiplier still only does 6.5 but at 160mz now instead of 105mz!
