Once again, my advise is to delay updates if you can.

Microsoft Admits Updates Are Freezing Windows 10 Computers -- Again
Christians warn us about the anti-christ for 2,000 years, and when he shows up, they buy a bible from him.
Re: Microsoft Admits Updates Are Freezing Windows 10 Computers -- Again
This weekend I was contemplating installing the latest feature update but my brain kicked in with a firm "no." I'm still running 1803 with feature updates deferred for a year plus a delay on updates.
Again, If anyone has Win 10 Home, you can upgrade to Pro with any valid Windows 7 or 8 pro key.

1803 here as well, with the longest deferral like you.

I have 1809 on this Dell used laptop that I bought. I've had zero issues with it, but it was a clean install. I also have deferred updates for 365 days (semi-annual-channel), and pause updates for 35 days. There is no way in hell I would use the home version.
