I hope you understand that I tried to say that in each /full-names/i386/ are not the same RPM packages, always different ones.
The total number of RPM package (0kb sym-links?) in all /full-names/i386/ is 2300+ , divided over the 7 CD's ... so I dunno if ya can just drop'em all in each /i386 subfolder.

So, this is about all I can do ... going any further into the details, uhm, I don't think so. Good luck ... if it ain't work, just get the LIVE-EVAL iso and do a testrun, buy the distro when you like it. The handbooks are pretty good for beginners and even for the more advanced users PLUS you get 60 days (personal version) of free installation support (email, 90 days with pro version).
