there is a reason why apachee is #1.

There are alot of home users using IIS. I guess they think they are "cool". There is no reason a home user should be using that on his everyday machine.

stance to these terrorist of the Net? I think that this not the work of a
"script kiddie".

What could the goverment do? Really! The Goverment, I think, has been playing catch-up when it comes to technology, besides you really want goverment controlling the net. Who would follow the rules us and not them. We would be setup to be attacked imho.

I read a short blurb in PC magazine today that said pretty much most of the worlds governments(at least all the major ones plus another 50 or so smaller ones) signed a treaty that would allow them to track and prosecute cyber criminals. So if some retard in say Europe hacks stuff in the US then the US government now has the right to catch him/her and bring them back to the US for trial. Step in the right direction I think.
