burning DivX to VCD?

i was wondering if there is a program that can burn DivX files onto VCDs so that it can be played in VCD and DVD players. is it possible?

go to vcdhelp.com... i can be done and there will tell you how... its gonna take a while to do it though cause it had to re-encode the divx to mpeg
