I would like to launch my pop up stopper and cookie wall when I start Internet explorer as opposed to them loading when I boot up. Can I do this without involving DOS with a .BAT file? Thanks.

Check out MCL from http://www.mlin.net It is sort of like writing a batch file but it is all in windows. It just executes certain commands in order in the macro you create. The macro language is VERY easy to learn. (10-15 mins. and you know everything you need to). There are also some plugins for it too, such as having a time delay on commands or simulating mouse clicks at set X,Y coords
