I used to run SuSE, last was 8.0 on my DSL-router but I switched to Gentoo Linux a while ago. It's on my laptop, soon on my Linux PC and currently in dualboot with Win2k on my game PC. I also plan to setup a FreeBSD system as DSL-router (hdd on SuSE 8.0 setup died a while ago), not sure if I will use 4.7 or the newly released 5.0 with it.

I use Suse. Comes with a ton of crap, widely supported, and (most importantly for me) is Oracle certified. I believe RH (just recently) is the only other Linux distro that is Oracle certified.

Had bsd,rh and mandrake on the other box but i'm one of those boobs that just can't leave well enough alone :lol
It's a great o/s but I get to playing around with areas that I shouldn't and...
well, you know what happens....I had a Romtec drive selector laying around so I'm just getting to installing everything with that so I can switch around and see which flavor I like and quit screwing with
swapping drives and that sort of thing.
Suse look good and a friend has a lot of nice comments about it,mabey in the future I have a chance to fool with it.
Have fun,
Bill
p/s I think Slack is the shit, but I havent played with it since 98 or so.

Go Doc! I know one of the developers for Gentoo, he finally got me away from Debian and boy it's nice. Wonderful having a stable software tree that is a tad newer then 3 years old hehe.

Thank God for Emerge!
