Is there a way to add a program to Zone Alarm without first launching that program? I ask because Every time a go to play UT online, ZA pops up and asks about it but I can't get to the desktop to answer it. I end up having to restart the computer and then disabling ZA to play online.

Yes, there should be a button at the bottom right hand corner of the ZoneAlarm control panel that allows you to add a program. Once the program is added, then you can set it to whether you will allow it to access the internet or act as a server, etc.
