This PC at work is now being plagued by popups and I've added the google toolbar too (as I had here before) but popups are still a problem.
I have a free program at home called Free surfer but it's no longer free.
Anyone?
Any good FREE anti-popup SW?

I strongly recommend you switch to Firefox and leave IE behind. Maybe .1% of the websites you'll come across will require you to go back to IE. I'd never go back to IE.
IE is such a dangerous application. I just posted a message the other day about a website that has a script on it that allows IE to disable Window's clipboard in ALL applications while that web page is open. That's NUTS. You browser shouldn't be able to have that much control of your OS.
Firefox's built-in popup stopper is excellent, and 2 minutes in the customizer can make Firefox's toolbar look and feel exactly like IE.
If you stay with IE, then right now the Google Toolbar is just about the best popup stopper I can recommend.
