Any know how to put Linux on a Promise Fastrack 66

any one know if you can put linux on a promise fastrack 66. thanx for the help

Do you mean the Promise UDMA 66 controller???

If so the only version of Linux I got to work on it was Mandrake Linux. I did try Corel Linux and Redhat 6.2 but neither would install on a drive that was connected to the Promise controller.

no i mean the ide raid controller.

Mandrake is probly going to be your best bet for out of the box support.You could go to http://www.linuxnewbie.org and do a forum search or post and probly find the info you need.
