Outlook Express wont load!

I was copying and pasting identities into my applications folder for OE and now it wont load. I deleted OE and reinstalled but still get msimn fail to load fatal error.
Did I screw up the long number string? Any way to recover?

there is an article at the MS knowledge base about how to get it to work again. I'll look for it..brb
