I have to agree. I wish they would just focus on making a good operating system, and forget all these "features" that are now added every 6 months. All that "junk" that comes with 10 should be optional, and you should only need a local account. Win10 could have been an excellent OS, but instead it forces all this junk on users with no options to remove them. Another option that would have been nice is the desktop: classic or live tiles.“Windows as a Service” is failing. It’s obvious: Windows is not a service, and never was. It’s a desktop operating system, and it doesn’t need updates every six months. Even iOS and Android only get significant updates once per year.
