September Windows Security Update KB5005565 Fixes Really Bad MSHTML zero day

I know I usually recommend delaying updates, but this is a REALLY bad one and needs to be patched.

If like me, are deffering security updates for 30 days, and don't want the whole September security rollup, you can just install the patch for this issue by itself, which you can get here:
