System file checker. I've been noticing that I have to run this at least once or twice a month on my desktop with windows 10 and now on a new Dell laptop with windows 11. When I was on Windows 7, I may have run that command once or twice in 7 years of use, so I'm not sure why I have to run it so often with 10 and now 11.

I can't remember the last time I ran this, even for a client. I would suspect you have a failing hard drive or some kind of corrupt Windows if you have to run this regularly.
