256MB DDR-2100 CL2 ram @ Bestbuy $29 after rebate

Hi,
This deal is not available online, i've already checked it out. Best buy has 256 mb DDR PC2100 ram from K-Byte for $49 plus there's a $20 rebate. $49 itself is cheap as is since this is a brand name, and generic pc2100 ram on pricewatch goes for $56. The specs on the chip of the ram are:
256MB DDR-300MHz-CL2.5 PC2400U
Just wanted to let you know. Supposed to expire 07-27-2002, but it says on my receipt that postmark date: 08-27-02, so it should be still good.
