possible rebate to boot
You can buy the Maxtor 40GB above online and the ATA100 pci card from Onvia at http://www.onvia.com/usa/products/index ... og=2576287
and then get 50 back from Maxtor http://www.maxtor.com/Maxtorhome.htm
to save an additional few bucks overall and get an ATA100 card in the process.
eh, ???

I don't often brag about getting a deal, but this ended up being an awesome deal for me . The stupid thing was that I had originally just bought 1 40GB drive 2 weeks ago and got it for the $119.95 and I was super happy with that because it's for my father-in-law's Thunderbird 900Mhz system I just put together for him. I also had no idea the Zip drive was supposed to be free this week and even walked out without it - only to come back the next day to make sure I got that as part of the deal too.
I'm asking you: how do you stay in business like that anyway?
