I've played all of the games listed above and recommend them.
Pony Island is NOT a game about ponies. I don't want to say anything else about the game because it will spoil it. Be prepared to use unconventional gaming conventions to solve the puzzles.

Reigns is a Tinder-like game about ruling a country. You need to manage the emotional levels of the Church, the Soldiers, and the People. This is done though random cards that you agree to or discard. If any group's level gets too low, they will overthrow you. If any group's level gets to high, they realize they don't need you.

Science Girls is a turn-based RPG about high school girls fending off an alien invasion. It's short unlike most RPGs at about 6 hours and has a good story.

In Seraph you play as an angel is this 2D acrobatic shooter. The novelty of this game is that you don't aim. Your main objective is to dodge enemy attacks. I haven't finished this one yet but I've enjoyed what I've play so far.

South Part: Stick of Truth is mainly for South Park fans and I think anyone not familiar with the show would be lost in the story and references. It is a turn-based RPG with classes that dictate you attacks. Jew is the best class by the way.

Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds is an arcade style beat 'em up that takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to play through. However, the replay value comes from the various characters you unlock. It's very fun and satisfying. I also recommend the Kurisu Makise character pack for those familiar with Steins;Gate.

Oxenfree is my personal Game of the Year. I put the most time into this game trying to get all of the endings. The game is best described as a combination of Life is Strange and Until Dawn. Your actions during the game determine the outcome. The dialog is very well written and acted very well and has a beautiful art style.

Mad Max is an Arkham-like open world game based on the new Mad Max movie. It has a good story line although the combat is a bit lacking and the side quests can get tedious. Luckily, you can skip most of the side quests and continue the main story once you get bored doing them.

Enemy Front is the hidden gem among this sale. It's simply a very well made WWII shooter reminiscent of Medal of Honor:AA and Call of Duty. The game is a very solid shooter and you won't be disappointed at this price point.

The Deadly Tower of Monsters is overlooked in my opinion. It's a 3D action platformer where you play the hero, heroine, and robot in a 50's B Sci-Fi movie. As you play, the director narrates the scene and your actions. It's a lot like Bastion but funny.

Blade Kitten is a 2.5D hack and slash platformer where you play as a catgirl. I've only played episode 1 but it's a very well made game.

Beyond Eyes is a slow, short game where you play as a blind girl searching for her lost cat. I liked this game a lot for the story and art but I think they could've made the walking speed a tad faster.

LOL! The Deadly Tower of Monsters is rather well done. I like the B-movie vibe.

I'm about halfway through Inside. I love the atmosphere. My biggest problem is knowing what to do on a puzzle but not being able to pull it off. I really like it so far.
