Good list. They explicitly discuss which ones are Torrents friendly.

ProXPN still works for me for the few times I use it, and I like that I have a lifetime subscription, but I might check out the top three on this list.

I started using PIA (Private Internet Access) and I've had no complaints. Connected for super long stretches with no issues and good selection of locations.

Been using TorrentPrivacy for about 4-5 years now with decent success.
