UPDATE Gf's cousin has cerebral aneurism

Post by Kenazo »

ok, here's the timeline of my gf's christmas/new years:
Dec 28 - Grandma (her dad's mom) dies
dec 31 - funeral for grandma
Jan 1 - Grandpa (her mom's dad) has massive heartattack... looks quite grim still
Jan 14 - Cousin on her dad's side suffers brain aneurism.

I still don't know how he's doing, or if he's passed away. so here's what i'm asking....
could u send up a prayer for him, if you have time. (or are so inclined to believe in prayer). That family has been through so much lately. Also, her cousin is 28, married, and their second child was just born in november.

[update] ok, so here's the news as of Jan 17, Her grandpa went in for emergency triple bipass, so they did that, now he has a collapsed lung, and is not looking so good. Her Cousin did not have an anneurism, but has some sort of massive infection of his heart. Either way, he is unconcious, and they will have to do a heart valve replacement, along with having to remove a blood clot from his brain, and other problems. things are not looking too good right now. Please continue to keep this family, and those who are sick in your thoughts and prayers. Oh, and one more thing, this cousin is a twin. His twin brother's wife is pregnant, but it looks like she could be losing the baby!!! does it never end??[/update]

here's an email i got from my gf @ lunch

"hey there, i'm home for lunch so i'm going to give you an update on Conrad. Rachel and Madison are here so i can't really talk to anyone about it. Mom says Rach has been asking questions, but right now we're just trying to get her head off of things. This morning it looked like he was doing better but i got a couple of calls this morning at work saying things were going down hill. Things really look aweful. I'll call you later tonight to let you know more details. I'm gonna go keep madison company for a bit before i go to work."

Rachel and madison are his daughters. Rachel is just under 3, madison is a couple months old.

anyway, thanks for your thoughts/prayers
