Looks like NVIDIA will be king, at least until ATI comes out with their bigger and better next gen.

ATI fanboy :fight Nvidia fanboy

hehe, well, the GF4 Ti cards will be king of the hill sometime in march, that's when you might be able to buy one ... ATI might try to counter with a faster clocked Radeon 8500 maybe including minor improvements ...

I disagree , the GF4 Ti cards are just GF3 cards on steroids with some minor improvements but nothing really new. So you could compare the ATI card with a GF4 card. The true next generation cards won't arrive till sometime this fall, a wild guess on the date, and they'll be DX9 hardware (NV30 vs R300 maybe?) ... I agree that the comparison might be not the fairest but it compares hardware that is (supposed to be) on the market.

I know a few things. Nothing uses the nice features in my 8500 or a gf4. so eithorway everyone that has eithor is set. That and everythign is better on the ATI island. :)

Hmmm, no one else seems to have a problem with RTCW/GF3 that I've noticed.
