Man, all of the great games coming out right now we've got:

Star Wars Jedi Knight 2
HOMM 4
Freedom Force
Might and Magic IX
Global Operations

And I saw that Dungeon Siege went gold just the other day.

So, what are you guys going to play? Which one of the above do you feel will be the best game? I know i'm feening for Dungeon Siege, can't wait to get my hands on that one.

- Jedi Knight 2
- Dungeon Siege

Those will be the next games I'm going to play.

But I'm really waiting for another game ... Morrowind ... that could be THE game of the year for RPG fans (and I am a big one), approx release date is in May and I hardly can wait for that one.

Same as Doc:

- Jedi Knight 2
- Dungeon Siege

Those are the only 2 I'm currently interested in right now. I played the demos for Global Ops and Freedom Force but they didn't really do it for me. Morrowind looks very cool, but I don't know if I'll have the time to devote to such a large game...

I'd like to SEE Jedi Knight 2 but I doubt I'll play it. I have no patience for lightsabers. If it doesn't have a trigger I'm not interested. I couldn't stand the lightsaber fights in Jedi Knight 1.

The one I'm looking forward to is Freedom Force. The demo looked cool.

Well I've obtained a copy of jedi Knight 2 and I can tell you it's one sweet game. Graphics are good and the AI is pretty good. I started playing the single player but wanted to use sabers so I created a multiplayer server and did lightsabers only :) They weren't as easy to use and kill as I thought they would. Haven't tried the different guns yet :)

Jedi Knight 2 kicks ASS!.... And FP there are plenty of triggers in JK2... The saber duels are cool also :) There are some pretty powerful weapons in JK2 i just started playing it haven't made it past the first level yet... I played the original one and really enjoyed it and so far i really like the newest one...

Anyone have any ideas where to find info on how to do the "moves" the devs keep talking about?

Oh well, I prefer to play games on the NORMAL level, this way I manage to finish them the first time. I might try harder levels in a second run ...

I'm playing it on normal and really diggin the game. Any higher difficulty I think would be too hard and get frustrating...

I'm stuck on the training level. I have grabbed the saber and opened the door I used to go into the saber room. There is another door on the other side of the room, do I need to open that one? Tried cutting the ropes like the other door with no luck. Do I need to get out of that door? I can backtrack the way I went to get back to the main chamber. What am I missing???

Ahhh, the room where you get your lightsaber ... that one got me too for quite a while ... try throwing your lightsaber on the red lock on the locked door ;)
I also backtracked the whole course a few times till I figured it out.

And this is where the fun really starts, I'm deep into mission 3 and it's lotsa fun. This game really roxs.

Hmm, I guess I should have bought it then. I went up to best buy yesterday (friday) and had it in my hand. I was walkin' around with it then I just thought $50 was just too much for a game so I put it back and left. Kinda regreting it now :)

I dunno, $50 is just a lot though.
