What's the best Ripping software (Free is good)

Want to rip some tracks into .mp3

Want to be able to control the quality (e.g. 128kbs, 192 kbs, etc)

EAC Exact Audio Copy IMHO is the best ripper... It can take a pretty damaged CD and do wonders. This with LAME makes the best mp3's by far. Can't remember where to get it at but if you do a search on google it should pull someting up for you.

I like Audiograbber using the LAME encoder DLL.
