barebones laptop

is there such a thing to get a barebones laptop, where would i get one if there is?

dell has a watered down no frills version of their laptops for 899. its about as best as you are gonna get

there are a few places that sell lappies without a HD and ram...but there isnt much else that is swapable i na lappy so you arnt gana get much of a price break. what you looking for?

Its a nice lappy and they are brand new. al lyou really need to do is add some ram and it is sweet. Im asking $750 for it shipped...if you need more info lmk.
