Heatware evals--please help

I'm really sorry for this post Mods but I really didn't know where else to post this.

Heatware folks--PLEASE help me. I have updated my email address and now I cannot
access my evals--it will not let me sign in and when I do a search for "kill_joy" it returns
0 search results. I have emailed you guys twice in the past 2 weeks and have not gotten
a response which is why I'm posting here--I don't know what else to do. I really need
access to my evals guys--please help me. Sorry everybody for the off-topic post. Thanks.

Just wondering...but have you searched under both your email addresses? I dont know if it will help but it might help them dial down the situation.
