Gamespot says that a P3 700 with a GTS and 128 MB RAM chokes at minimum detail and resolution settings, so I can't imagine your rig doing too well either. It would probably run decently at low detail.

yeah, its pretty demanding
i m running a 1.33 w/ 512 and a Radeon AIW, and it stutters whenever there's rain or fog
and now that ram prices are shooting back up, i dont wanna make an upgrade...especially since the guy i had lined up to buy my shiate has disappeared

athlon xp 1800+ at 1.53Ghz, GF2 gts, 512MB PC2400 RAM, Win2k
runs smooth at 800x600 but noticed at 1024x768 it kinda got a lil choppy but 800x600 is cool for now. Game rocks too. Already beat the main story and am doing the pay phone missions now.

about the only game I really enjoyed was Carmageddon
This game sounds like it would be close to that...
