I have 2 different ones, I know one is EVGA and I believe the other is a Gainward. I am at work right now, but I will check for sure when go home in about 5 hours.

Those are the fastset I have, I also have a pci Voodoo 3, an 8 meg Vanta, and a 4 meg riva128.
