Nice link :D

Too bad my 8k9a2+ is on the way but I wont notice the difference as its replacing a BX. Really want to try the bios cpu unlocking with an 1800 t'bred B.

Its been 4 years with a BX mb/cpu combo of one kind or another.

They should have tossed in the 8K5A or 3A series as well... I'm stickin' with my 8k3a+ for a while longer. none of these new chipsets really does it for me... Nforce2 seems to be a lot of hype and thats just about it. KT333 was performing right alongsid KT400 and above in some benchmarks when they compared the 2 side by side so i doubt there's enough difference there for me to even bother upgrading to a nforce2 board.

i went from a kt266a to a nforce2 :D wowza!! huge difference and the fact that nforce2 can unlock multipliers on tbred is just icing on the cake..

but i seriously doubt anyone should upgrade to nforce2 with anything kt333 or higher

Very pleased with the Epox 8k9a2+, lots of features, built ins and settings to play with. I put an XP 2400 in and just using some crucial 2100 I had sitting around and thats at ddr 333 doing fine now.

The overclocking through bios with multiplier/fsb selections is interesting! Did a bit with an old duron but it only did a couple multipliers and just wanted to get 133 fsb out of it.

Probably not worth the upgrade from the kt333 and I'm still happy with the 8kha+ on the main machine.
