Parts Arrived. What to install driver/os wise??? (8rda+,9700,2100+)

Ok so all my parts have arrived and tommorow i am setting this puppy up.
What shoul i have to install to get everything setup. Please walk me through this since i know half of you have almost the same system.

System
SX835II (350watt antec ps) (5 Antec Fans)
Epox 8RDA+
AMD 2100+
SK-7 /w Variable Speed YS-Tech 3-pin Case Fan 10.2~48.5CFM
Sapphire 9700np
512MB HYPERX PC3000
Artic Silver

Parts I had
40gb HD
DVD
CDRW

Now this is where i need help. How should i set up everything????? I mean installation wise. I know how to put the thing together and need help on drivers and OS. For instance will i need to format my HD and reinstall XP??? VIA DRIVES. Anything i need to know in steps would be awsome.
Like BIOS FLASHES, VIA DRIVERS, RADEON DRIVERS, ONBOARD SOUND DRIVERS ETC...

Go to nvidia.com and get the 2.03 nForce drivers and then get the Cat 3.2 drivers from ATI. You'll need Windows XP SP1 or SP1a update too. Don't forget to grab DirectX 9.
