You guys will cry when you see how fast my rig is.. see my specs and WEEP!

1.33 Ghz Athlon TBird @ 1.4 Ghz (140x10) (yes, I know.. :-p)
Cooled by a ThermalRight AX7 with an adjustable Enermax fan
Hooked into a Gigabyte GA-7DXR
Radeon 8500 - Using Dual Monitors - Dell P990 18.9" viewable at 1280x960 and Old Gateway 14.8" viewable at 1152x864 (Both Trinitrons)
512mb of Crucial PC2100 (2 256mb sticks)
40GB 60GXP 7200RPM HDD
Toshiba 16X DVD
Lite On 52x24x52 Burner
Intel Nic 100 mbps network hookup (finally) - Directly hooked into hub, which is in turn hooked up to DSL.
MS Intellimouse Explorer 3.0
IBM Rapid Access Pro Keyboard
Philips Acoustic Edge Sound Card
Logitech Z560's (still sound great - I love these speakers :D )
Powered by an Enermax 350w PSU (the kind with the switch to adjust fan speed, not 5v rail problems on this one)
This kickass system is hooked into my wonderful case, with 2 92mm fans and 1 80mm fan in front, and 2 92mm fans in back. All the fans are enermax adjustable fans. All fans but fan on heatsink are hooked up to my 4 port FanBus.

This is the same system I built back in Sept of 01. (Except for the video card and heatsink, small things that don't count) I love the fact that NOTHING has died on me, NOTHING. Even my 60GXP has held up strong. It will be staying in the family, my parents will be buying this puter from me when I'm done with it (the motherboard, Ram, CPU, and DVDROM drive). Maybe a few other things, but I am keeping a majority of the parts. I do need to upgrade, but I think I can force maybe another 100mhz out of this. This system is fine for me, for now.

My server:

Gateway - 400mhz PII
Generic 192 MB PC133 Ram
12 GB HDD ATA66 7200 RPM
3Dfx Banshee (that core gets HOT) - Using Sony 15sf Trinitron monitor (15")
Using some old claimed EMachines CDRom (It's a Samsung, I think 24X)
Using some old NIC that I claimed out of a P200 system :D
Inside a sweet Gateway Case - I plan on modding this down the road
Bah, who needs more specs for a server. :D

That's good, considering nearly all of them have held up strong. The larger-sized versions of the 75GXP is what most people complain about having gone fubar...I would expect your Lite-On to die before your IBM drive.

My 60GXP is also still solid as a rock, what, over two years later of 24/7 use?
