He is ok, but he was in an accident on Friday. He was test driving a vehicle for his shop and when making a left hand turn to clear the intersection, as the light turned red an oncoming dump truck ran the light doing sixty.
He had close to 70 stitches and staples, and a minor fracture of his left fibula. Not to mention all the bruises. scratches and the small matter that he can’t focus his eyes on an object.

Just got word from Tony's wife that he had to go back to hospital/ER on Thursday nite. Turned out his spleen was fragmented so they took him to surgery on Friday at 12:30 am, he was in 2 hours and is now in hospital recovering. All they feed him now is blood. To date he has been given 7 units. He is in good spirits, not allowed out of bed or allowed to eat anything. They do give him ice chips but chart that and ice chips seem to be a controlled substance. Unlike the morphine that he controls with a button. They told him he would be in hospital at least 5 days, maybe more.
We need to do something for him. I asked his wife what he'd like and once I hear back I'll post about it.
