Hey !!!
Just wanted you to know that I just used G751 in my new NF7-S v2.0 with a new retail Barton XP2500+ and brand spanking new SLK900A with a Tornado fan (went over to KDC yesterday and picked up the SLK900A and fan, always nice folks every time I go there)
Mind you this has been running for about 3 hours now...
This Barton has the makings of a good one... currently running at 2315mhz at default voltage. Ain't that teh sh*t
Anyway... running Seventeen or Bust distributed cranking Primes, 100% CPU usage, no errors @ 43°C which I would be happy with long term... can't wait to see what that goes down to in 3 days

Awesome overclock! >?
The etsu stuff is good. And how 'bout that slk900a? Testing it against the new swiftech, ain't no contest.
Dave and co. at KDC are first class acts all the way.

Well... more info in...
Forgot to note that the above temp was with a mobo temp of 22°C
It's been running now for 1.5 days at load, and temps now at mobo 25°C and cpu 41°C
schweet!!!!
Blade... this is my first SLK900A and I am without a doubt a convert. I was a little afraid of it to be honest. I had won an AX-7 at the PCALAN and while I loved the HS, the tab you set a flat head in to install/uninstall the clip broke off the first time I removed it (and what a bitch to remove!!!!). I had to use a big honking flat head to press down on the top off the clip while using a very fine one to ease it off the socket... the whole time sure I was crushing my new Barton... luckily that was NOT the case
At any rate the SLK900A out performs the AX-7. Can the clip thingie be replaced on this thing????

Sorry, forgot about your question. Was about to answer before then got sidetracked and forgot about it.
Sorry to hear the clip broke of the AX-7. Don't think I've ever heard of that happening. The way it's made I don't believe the clip can easily be replaced. I'd get in touch with thermalright about it. They are a good company and should replace it for you.
You probably did, but always try several flathead screwdrivers first and choose one that fits the slot securely and so it won't easily slip out. I've installed an ax7 many times and never had a problem. But you obviously got one with a defective clip.

Thanks Blade!
Might as well give a Barton update
This chip will do 2.5ghz @ 1.825 volts running @ 44C full load stable... however I have backed it down as I really wasn't very comfortable with it at that voltage.
Maybe I am just a chicken, but I have no need for it running there for an extra 70mhz, so it is now running stable at 2.43ghz @ 1.725 volts @ 41C full load stable.
I can live with that on a $90 cpu
