Anyone remember VoodooExtreme or OP3dfx? I went from those sites to AGN after those sites folded then when AGN closed, PCA got stuck with me.... :D

Man, I almost forgot about that. THAT's when I first showed up (even BEFORE AGN) after meeting The Flying Penguin back in the good ol' Quakeworld days. I somehow stumbled onto his Quake sight way back then. Before that, I was at Stomped for quite while.

3Finger's 3DFx Forum as well. I was looking for a config for Quake for my Hercules Rendition Verite and Monster Voodoo card.

Started out at AT, but moved over to AGN since I liked it better. Funny thinking back to when AGN kept going down and trying to find what board everyone went to waiting for AGN to come back online (before the AGN2 board was up). Eh, my memory is failing.... can't remember the names of the sites! I think the one was the forum at the old heatware site?

It was best when it was a UBB forum. Fusetalk may have been a more modern forum software, but it just wasn't the same.

I remember OP3dFX and I believe sbp does too. We were there, then they split up and AGN was born.

Did some searching, not sure if this will show. But here's the last forum when it was fusetalk:

http://web.archive.org/web/200001221833 ... m?catid=11

Found that site that keeps some cached webpages.

http://web.archive.org/web/1999*/http://bbs.agn3d.com/

The last AGN forum, and around the last days of AGN. Actually, I believe AGN died later that year. Around September I think.

Earlier AGN, before the off topic forum was born:

The off topic forum was made thanks to ole Rexbo and his religious fanatisism.

Ya'll remember airman posting pages of threads just to try and increase his post count. :D Then puto trolling. The original troll.

I think I was the one to be blamed for the addition of the dedicated OS forum back on AGN3D ;)
