I just recently received these items in a trade and really I have come to the conclusion that I will not Overclock on this Machine. It's used mainly for DVD Burning and Video Editing and can't have a machine that might lock up on me.
Anyway So I went ahead and ordered a Pentium 4 3 GHZ and a new motherboard.

*EDIT* I was told the Chip does 3.15 at default voltage. Never tried it that high so YMMV.
