Your M2V64S30DTP chips are 8Mx8bit SDRAM chips. With 16 of these, you have a 128MB module (two banks of 64MB).
It's a PC100 168pin DIMM, with CL2-2-2 timings. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC SPD spec revision 1.2

sorry...it's just the bare cpu. it is a retail cpu, but the stock hs/f went to another system for a buddy and the one i was overclocking it with (thermalright slk-800) was sold yesterday separately.

I'm not much of an AMD person is that a TBred core? I'm planning on using it in an Asus A7V333.
