Win2K has serious problems with mobo swaps. It was never intended to do it.
I'm not trying to sound like an ass, Evil, but have you ever thought that all of these problems you've been having are *because* you are trying to upgrade everything without doing a fresh install? I have to wonder if you would just suck it up and reinstall everything from scratch on a blank hard drive if many of your problems would go away. Just my .02.
