Not sure if this is the right forum to post this but I since it deals with rebates, I'm putting this here to warn the masses. Mods, please move if so indicated, thanks.

This BBB letter pretty much says it all for me. I got screwed out of $25 bux.

If you check I/O Magic's BBB history, it's rock-bottom bad: F.

Just curious who you bought it from. If it's an e-tailer like Newegg, you may be able to get your $$ back if you complain. Worth a shot.

Rebates are crappy for those reasons. Not also including you got a subpar product with a rebate too.
