I built a PC for a lady today. She gets it home, hooks it up, and calls back telling me I put the ROM drives in upside down. I was like...huh? She says she cant put a CD in the drive, because they keep falling out. I finally figure out she has the PC upside down. Where do these people come from?

We have a unsecured wifi at work but DHCP is turned off. My fav thing is when they complain about no connection to the wireless network even though they have an ip address thats in range. Good feeling just walking over and pushing that little switch on front edge to enable the wireless adapter......(of course they spent almost an hour trying to repair/change ip/swap preferred-secondary dns/ect...)

Pretty Bad, but I've seen worse..

I "clean" the computers for a cotton warehouse 3 times a year and they are usually that bad or worse... That's a lot of foul up for 4 months..
