Presario sr1410nx-drivers?

Post by Mutant_Lead »

Hi all,

I was working on a pc at work and forgot to get the onboard nic and modem drivers-does anyone know the model of these little items or better yet, where the drivers can be located? Hp.com has no listed drivers. Thanks in advance!

The onboard nic and sound drivers are built into XP. If you need restore disks contact HP with unit serial number. Cost me $11.60 and a 3 day wait by the mailbox... ;)

Depends upon the OS you want lol

XP generally has most drivers for systems, more especially those that pre-date its release. It helps to loop up the system information, sometimes this is provided. Other times, you might just need the motherboard model to find out.

I've had to get drivers for more than one occasion for Vista systems for XP, which the manufacturer didn't have drivers for.
When all else fails, replace the user.
