Ford Auto Recall Letter

Post by renovation »

today we got a recall letter from Ford .Before I openen it up I asked the wife is want to place a bet as to what vehicle it was for. we know it had to be for one from long ago as it was address to her. turned out to be for the wife's / are 1993 ford e-150 conversion van. this car was scraped in like 2006 or 2008 when the trans broke after we took it down to Clearwater ,Florida and left it as spare for anyone to use who went to visit the in-laws. we figured it had to be for this or the 1986 t-bird as they were the only Fords that were title in the wife's name. ok there was a 68 mustang that was sold. back in the late 70's around 1977 or 1978. all the other Fords we have owned were title to me personally or my company.
kind of funny the recall was dated 2009 for

What the hell leaks internally then starts fire... and what exactly does this even do?

A little google and it seems to be either cruse or brake related? Whatever.
