IWILL K266 is probably the best one at the moment.

Why, if they are recalling them then I doubt they would sell someone a new one with the same problem.

recalls cost a lot of money, you lose money on materials, shipping, everything... think about it, Iwill motherboards(the KK266) worldwide would need to be sent back to Taiwan... and sent back out...

problem is you don't know what's in the pipeline and most retailers are too lazy to check

I know what happened and I am impressed that Iwill stepped up and took fast responsibility for it. Abit or even Asus wouldn't do the same. Heck abit probably would have charged you $25 to return it to them like all of their RMA's.
You can check to see if there is a resistor installed at R357 on the board if there is then that would be one that gets sent back. This is still the best board out there. They apparently are sending out the replacements for the board before you return the defective one if you supply them with a credit card number and you have to return the defective board within 7 days.

Yah...no sooner did my KK266 IWill arrive then I found out about the recall. I faxed 'em the RMA and they shipped out my replacement the same day (ground). Should be getting here soon....can't wait.
