the cops just told me to night at 10:00 pm that the last time they went to the address they have on him the house looked empty

That may or may not be the actual case. Either way some of us know where he works and it's coming to the point of contacting his employer. So contact these people and get things finished bio or I will make your employer aware of your dealings. That's no threat, just a fact.

and the last time i posted about were things were at with biohazard @ the cops it was sent to me
