why is it lhampel only decided 2 Bring this up some 4+ months After it happened? tell me Im not worth it? Get bent man! U did the clasic I will Only respond 2 Half of the stuff he says and neglect the parts where it is Proven I have helped people after I sent them the products. so U can go on Preaching 2 High heven and condeming me 2 where ever U want 2 but lhampel only posts liek a Third of the storie. I told him 2 send it 2 saturn to see if there was something that happened in shipping. he said he did...but on allgaymesnetwork saturn Posted he would liek 2 take a Look at it and see if he could fix it. get your facts streight pallO. seeings how I cant tell U to Shut up....Zip it.

Just lettin' ya guys know that Mile_High emailed me today, so we'll see what happens. I thought we were doing a cross-ship but I guess he decided he didn't want to do it that way (which is kinda disturbing)

Those statements are directly from the emails. I send him the one on top and the next email I recieved was the one on the bottom (so I didn't rearange it so that it looked like we made a cross-ship) This is the email he just sent me:

"He'll try and get it out to u monday"? I am not impressed with his practices at all. Here he agrees to a cross ship, and then ignores you is not a sign of a good trader.

Actions like his really tick me off.

I know you don't trade much HT so I am sorry you got someone as uncaring as he. Most are not like that.

he only said puto did, and I'm sure he knew by email conversations... either way, how would you know anything at all? you were not involved in either deal. As far as accusing LHampel of breaking it:

he suggests that maybe something happened in shipping, not that lhampel actually broke it himself.

The best thing is to come to a compromising deal, that benefit's both you and the other party.

there is a difference in taking care of someone that did a deal with you and getting takin advantage of(by the buyer). If I sell something, and the person emails me saying it got there fine etc.. then a MONTH+ later emails me about having problems with it, sorry but I didn't offer a 30 day return policy. I'm not a best buy here. It got there fine and the person didn't complain that it was DOA(within a reasonable amount of time) then I consider the deal closed. If the product suddenly goes defective for WHATEVER reason a month later its not my problem. if you want protection like that, buy from a retailer, not on these bbs's. And the excuse that he didn't have time to test it until a month later doesn't cut it either. Even if thats true then its all his fault. Should be a lesson learned to always test a product when you first recieve it. That way if anything IS wrong with it you can work it out right away.

But you really need to work your deal's out
