Trade Request. Can ya help guys?

Hey all, Currently I have a stagnant Rancid AMD k6-3 450 on an asus p5a with a tnt 1 video card. now i know alot of you guys have powerhouse systems along with spare systems for runnin things like seti, etc, not used for gaming. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to trade me out of this ALI chipset Nightmare and into something like a celeron rig or Athlon classic setup I dont have alot of cash but could possibly boot some to compensate for the difference. heres the proposal

MY
K6-3 450 with huge HSF
Asus P5A
(optional trade) Tnt 1 v550 w/tv out

FOR
Celeron or Athlon at or around 500 mhz (Oc'd to that or not, Would like somethin around 600 MHZ but am poor)
Motherboard that will support the chip
(optional Trade) Videocard better than what I have w/tv out! would love to have TV out tho

I have some extra parts not being used right now:

an Abit ZM6 S370 board, Intel ZX chipset ( 100mhz bus, same or close to BX, but supports less memory, 512mb I think), takes PPGA Celeron and FCPGA Celeron-2, not too sure about FCPGA P3 because I don't have one, but I think it can. Voltage and front bus (100mhz and above) adjustment in BIOS.

For the CPU, I have a PPGA 366 retail that overclocks to 550mhz. I may be willing to part with a retail Celeron 2 566mhz, which is not very good at overclocking.

Anything wrong with the P5A? I had one for a short time before, didn't notice problems, but I didn't really use it at all.
