4 16MB PNY SIMMs, NEC chipset, made specifically for Compaq Prolient Servers but works fine on clones, all matching.

$35 shipped for everything I guess. :D

I MUST HAVE 2X32MB SIMMS BECAUSE I WILL ALREADY NEED TO REMOVE 2X8 TO FIT THEM. (2X16 IN OTHER 2 OF 4 SLOTS)

DONT NEED A 56K FOR THIS MACHINE......CABLE BABY!

Be Careful how much memory you use on an old motherboard like that. A lot of those in that era could only cache up to 64mb of system ram. If you add more than that it actually slows the system down instead of speeding it up.
