speaking of creation vs evolution, have any of you guys went to see a presentation by a scottish scientist? I think he's scottish, cuz he made alot of jokes about drunken scottishmen...but he currently lives in Australia.

My friend dragged me to one of his things at a church, and he made a rather good argument for creation theory. I still didn't believe in creation afterwards, but my friend and i had a good 2 hour debate about it the next day at lunch.

I wanted to watch his debate at Windsor Univseritiy against a bunch of professors, but I didn't have time...and Windsor is a good 2 hour drive from Toronto.

Aight, I think I m done :)

I agree, this is better. Just wish we we're busier though. Seems like arguements attract new members for some reason. It's always the bad that get's others attention it seems. That and things like a hitachi monitor deal. :P

I was really disgusted by all the ferengi on that deal too. They don't get their monitor (DUH) so they decide to sue! idiots!

on the topic at hand though, pca is the place to be. it's all about respect!

I'd say that most here have been in these forums long enough to have seen all the flame wars several times before over the years and once you've been there, you know that they're pointless and do nothing but get everyone upset. We're aging and becoming wiser.
