defogger kit @ canadian tires?

Hey, anybody in canada/toronto who knows the price of these things and do they just come in a little bottle witha brush and such or are there more stuff to it.

I've seen the conductive pens at the electronics store and the defogger kit at CT and I seem to recall it was less than 10 bucks for the bottle. You should use a pin to lay it on so you just need a little dab.
