I'm in college now.. help me play CS on the T3!!!

I need some better equipment. I'm still using a Celeron 300a@450!!

P3 700E+ (overclocking not a necessity, but it'd be nice if it doesn't get too hot)
ATI Radeon or equivalent

-- I have for trade --

Celeron 300a@450 (with retail heatsink/fan, box, manuals; only after I get the CPU I'm looking for)
ATI Rage128 16meg AGP (autodetects in Win2k, you'll have to download drivers from ATI's website if you're using 98; trade only after I get a new video card)
Hollywood+ Decoder card (orange connector, drivers, manual, cables)
Adaptec 2940U2W (all cables except LVD, all manuals and drivers included)
Sealed Office XP Professional
PSX system with Tekken3. Comes with box, controller, manuals, etc. Only used for about 2 hours

I'm looking to trade first and foremost, so those get priority. However, I won't turn down a nice price (either buying OR selling). Also, if you're in the West Lafayette/Indianapolis area, and you're looking to unload a nice monitor, I'm looking to upgrade this 14" cancer box. Refs can be had at HeatWare

Bump for a guy who needs to play CS...I play on Purdue Doug's CS if you guys are interested...and they keep track of stats which is nice. [UIUC]CSMajor (due to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign thing) is the name I go by. And of course bump for a girl who NEEDS to work out with our friend here...

I'm at UGA and the connection is THE worst cable connection on the planet. My average ping is 200. =(

I too play CS but since I got in college I've had a hard time ajusting to the lag(my old ping was 50-75 from home). I go by XcalatorY-MA-

I'm over here at Purdue. It's cool because we have a server on campus, so ping is ridiculously low (I think the lowest I've ever personally gotten was 13?)

Anyway, I've since deleted CS because I realized it was taking too much time away from clubs, academics, and breasts. That doesn't mean I won't reinstall it over break or something

what's your major? I'm CS right now (ironically), and I might tack on another CPT double major.
