Hey, if it's your time, it's your time. Doesn't matter if your walking or flying. I think it's irrational to be afraid to fly. It still is the safest means of transportation.
That and with the prices right now who wouldn't want to fly I'm gonna save up for a trip to vegas this next spring... Just gotta keep the woman at home
Well, my Mom had flown to FL last thursday (11/8)and had no issues either way (nor when she came back on Monday). :
Just calm down and enjoy the flight.

I'd fly w/o hesitation but I know many others, like my wife who's never been on a plane before anyway, wouldn't.
I hope that airline security improves soon because the few security problems since 9/11 havent helped the airlines image and many aren't trusting enough yet to fly. The recent crash hasn't helped them either as I'm sure some will now want to know more about the planes they're flying on as well.
Please! This is the best possible time to fly. Passenger jets crash so infrequently, what are the odds that two will crash in two weeks? Fly on, boy wonder!
