Anyone else try those new Listerine Pocket Packs yet?
Anyone else try those new Listerine Pocket Packs yet?
Those things are pritty cool. they look like a little piece of plastic and are Extreamly thin. pop it in your mouth and let it disolve on your toung in a few seconds and BAM fresh breath, and the good ole Kick you expect from listerine and it kills them EVIL germs as well.
I think it is pritty nice not having a huge Mint in your mouth waiting for it to disolve...atleast in most cases...but poprocks and smints are best for that anyways...hehe.

ROFL!! :lol "it burns it burns"!
Yea, I have tried them before, and got everyone at my store addicted to them. They are so cool, but has a burn to 'em, but at least you know it's killing germs! :up (Agreed though, they are pretty pricey: $2 for 16 "papers"......which I think I have figured out as being "paper sugar" which always dissolves very easily in your mouth.)
.........And to think, the packet suggests "to get extra fresh breath, place another one on your tongue as soon as the first one has dissolved"....insane!
Oh.....small word of caution, be careful NOT to get it stuck on the roof of your mouth, it takes ALOT longer to dissolve and the "burning" is longer too.

I tried em, were alright. Does kinda burn. I prefer gum, I chew it almost anywhere. That spray liquid is good too, Binaca(sp?).
True Story:
I had some Binaca(sp?) in 8th grade and my friend wanted some. So he took it sprayed it in his mouth and was like "I wonder if this stuff stings if you spray it in your eye." I was like "I dunno, try it" So the guy holds his eye open and sprays it directly in his eye. Mind you this is in the midde of science class, he drops to the floor and rolls around, covering his eye. I'm sittin there laughin my butt off and he goes to wash his eye out and comes back and was like "Yeah it does sting"
That was a nice good laugh.

Quick Note: If something like that burns a little when you take 1 or two, DON'T take more than that. If it feels like you've burned your tongue (like Viperoni said "After ~15mins it felt like I burned my tongue on hot coffee though"), you might actually be burning off your taste buds. Wierd? Listen to this:
While watching a movie (don't remember if it was at home or theater) I had the biggest size bag of Sour Skittles (I love 'em!) and I ended up eating most of the bag, after a while I got this funny stinging sensation, and thought it was just the sour-ness of the Skittles, so I drank some pop (soda, whatever). When I drank the soda, I couldn't taste the sweet flavor in it. I figured it was temporary, nope. I lost the taste buds for both sweet and sour for most of a week! (really annoyed me too, all I could have was salty things, so I got sick of 'em by week's end.) So be careful when taking dares with stuff like this.

God of gates, god of doorways, I may open the door, but only you can walk through it.
Why doesn't DOS ever say: EXCELLENT command or filename!
